Teach. Serve. Grow.
Team Peace is where Thom Peace and friends give their time freely. We offer teaching, mentoring and hands-on service to people and causes in Tokyo that can't pay for them. It isn't a discount. It's a gift, given with care and on clear terms.

Our roots
Farmers, social workers and teachers
For generations, our family has worked the land, cared for families in need, taught in classrooms and led schools. Team Peace carries that on: plant something, look after it, and share what grows.
“Plant something, look after it, and share what grows.”
How it works
Clear, simple and fair
- Look at the offerings. See what we can give.
- Apply. One short form, about 10 minutes.
- We review monthly. You hear back from us either way.
- Begin together. A short written agreement on scope and timeline, then we get to work.
Why free, not discounted?
Our paid work is done through our businesses, at fair and consistent prices. When someone can't afford that, we don't cut the price or the quality. We offer something whole, for free, through Team Peace. The scope and terms are clear, and it's given gladly. Read the terms.
